    2. Valid Central Excise Registration Certificate.
    3. Registration Certificate With Ministry of Industries.
    4. Product literature for all the products declared in Central Excise Registration Certificate / I / O Norms For Advance Licence.
    5. E. D. I. Registration with Custom Authorities.
    6. H S Code No Of All Products.
    7. Updated D E P B Credit Rate and Serial No.
    8. Update Input / Output Norms for Advance Licence.
    9. Cubic Measurement Chart of Packages.
    10. Valid Factory Stuffing Permission.

    COMMUNICATION PROCEDURE BETWEEN EXPORTER AND CNG.
    In order to ensure correct and timely communication related to export or import custom clearance we recommend following.

    1. You have to fax / E-mail or courier advance intimation for Export / Import

    2. IN CASE OF EXPORT FOLLOWING TO BE SENT TO CNG. (a) Buyer order copy. (b) Your Order confirmation. (c) Copy of letter of credit. (d) Bill of Lading instruction (e) Third party inspection instruction if any (f ) Specific instructions as regards packing / pallatising / shrink wrapping. (g) Clearance under advance licence or DEPB & related details (h) Original or Xerox copy of advance licence application receipt / advance licence DEEC books / DEPB licence and related papers.

    3. On physical shipment of export consignments from your works following to be forwarded to CNG. (if required advance copy by fax) (1) Invoice (2) Packing list (3) AR 4 Form (4) Certificate of analysis (5) Approved labels (6) Third party declaration if required. (7) Transportation details like Transporters Name, LR Copy, Transporter's Mumbai Address, Contact No. & Contact Persons.
